We are an NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) ISO/IEC 17020:2012–accredited Type A Inspection Body, authorized to operate as an independent, impartial, and competent third-party inspection agency.

We provide comprehensive WORLDWIDE THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION SERVICES through our extensive global network of qualified and experienced inspectors. Our services are designed to ensure quality, quantity, condition, valuation, and regulatory compliance of goods at every stage of the supply chain, strictly in accordance with international standards, statutory regulations, and client-specific requirements.

VALUEGURU is fully equipped to conduct inspections at any location worldwide, delivering accurate, unbiased, and timely inspection reports , while consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, independence, and quality assurance.

As per Para 10 of CBEC Circular No. 25/2015 dated 15 October 2015 , we are automatically qualified to certify import cargo for the purposes of residual life assessment, valuation, and present market pricing for Indian Customs.

In line with CBIC Circular No. 07/2020, we hold Customs approvals at major Customs Stations includingChennai, Mumbai, JNCH, Mundra, Kandla, Krishnapatnam, Bengaluru, and Tuticorin, enabling us to issue Chartered Engineer Certificates and to undertake inspection and valuation of second-hand machinery for Customs clearance purposes. Additionally, we have empanelled Chartered Engineers at Country-of-Origin / Load Port locations, facilitating the issuance of Load Port Chartered Engineer Certificates, inspection reports, and valuation certificates for second-hand machinery imports.

Furthermore, in accordance with DGFT Para 2.51 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) 2023–2027 and DGFT Public Notice No. 42/2024, we are authorized to issue Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificates (PSIC) for the export of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap and waste paper to India, ensuring full compliance with mandatory DGFT and Indian Customs requirements.
